To approach Caltex’s high-value B2B consumers, VMLY&R built an end-to-end Customer-first online experience that also integrated tools and features that would allow for data collection of potential leads in an engaging manner. Leads collected were engaged via marketing automation. I was involved in the concept and design of the Journey Planner, which helps fleet managers to customise and plan a better journey for their fleet.
